This was BY FAR THE BEST HAM FRIED RICE that I've made. The ones in the past had too much garlic, or was too plain but this one was perfect!
You will need:
2 cups of cooked rice
4 Green Onions chopped up
Half a bag of frozen peas and carrots
1 1/2 C Ham ( you can use leftover ham or buy the cubed ham)
1/2 C Soy Sauce
Start by scrambling your eggs in a buttered skillet. Once the eggs are done; add green onions, frozen peas/carrots, cubed ham, and soy sauce. Fry together for about 5-8 minutes. Once its all mixed together, add cooked rice and another 1/2 c. Soy sauce (give or take) and stir together for about 5 more minutes.
We ate the rice as our main dish because it's very filling and I also bought some frozen egg rolls to serve on the side.
